We work with operations, maintenance, construction, finance, and marketing issues.

About the position

As an electrician in our maintenance department, you will work broadly with service, troubleshooting, installations, and preventive maintenance in our property portfolio. In addition to our residential properties, we are also responsible for operations and service in the municipality's schools, preschools, operational facilities, and elderly care premises.

You will be part of both larger and smaller maintenance and investment projects within Västerviks Bostads AB and TjustFastigheter AB, where you will work closely with project managers, property managers, and contractors.

The role requires that you enjoy working both independently and collaboratively. You will meet tenants, colleagues, and partners, which makes good service skills and clear communication important. You also need to be comfortable working in our digital systems.

Education

• Electrical education from high school or vocational school
• Driver's license B

Experience

• Several years of experience in installation and service work
• Good material knowledge and ability to read blueprints
• Meritorious: experience with control and regulation equipment as well as locking and access control systems

Skills

• Good computer skills
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
